I don’t recommend her. She made me cry during two different phone calls with her. I thought she was supposed to be representing me. She told me it’s my fault I chose my ex to be the father of my children. She wouldn’t allow me to have opinions…I had to agree to things my ex wanted because she refused to fight for me. We lost my case in court after consulting with 6 attorneys, before I finally chose her, all whom told me I would win in court. Her attorney assistant did a better job than she did. I was very disappointed and didn’t feel that she fought for me at all.

My ex relocated to the state of Arizona. Shortly after her relocation, my son was removed from her custody by DFS. I had to fly to Arizona from Kansas and hire an attorney (Kina Harding) to remove my son from the states custody and allow him to return with me to Kansas. Kina knew exactly what needed to happen, and how to go about doing it. She responded to every email and phone call almost immediately, and kept me well informed throughout the process. I was back in Kansas a week after hiring her, thank you Kina!

I dont suggest Lisa as a lawyer at all. My case has been going on for almost 2 years and for a first time offense (DWI), ALOT of money, and her saying what she "could" do..... she didnt show up to court twice instead sent her husband. She didnt know what was going on with my case the times I went to talk to her. When I talked to probation and they said I would have to do a 90 day out patient program and went to her office upset about it because I have a 2 jobs and trying to finish school and pay my bills she gave me attitude and said "what's wrong with that," as a lawyer I would expect more. She wants a monthly payment so of course after almost 2 years she has been paid in full and I cant even get any of my money back with my court case still pending.

This self-proclaimed criminal lawyer is in fact a lawyer CRIMINAL, and will soon be held to account for the wanton crimes and violations of the Rules of Professional Conduct that he's committed against his own client(s). Write to me and I will provide you all the evidence and transcripts you need to confidently avoid this fraud like the cancer that he is. This man is so astonishingly incompetent, lazy and derelict that he will literally single-handedly get you convicted of any imaginary or false criminal accusation.
When it comes time to account for his incompetence in court, this man will openly lie and commit perjury in order to fabricate bizarre, blatantly false and slanderous evidence and allegations against his own client just to make the client look stupid or guilty, solely designed to deflect blame and accountability from himself for his own monumental dumbfounding and bewildering errors and omissions comprising his "INEFFECTIVE ASSISTANCE OF COUNSEL." If you're going to use this man anyway, you need to fully research this quoted term, because you're going to need to be fully versed in it.
It is highly unlikely that this man has actually gained a law degree by virtue of his profound lack of skill and common sense. Instead of preparing for your case, Koschier will remain at his apartment, by himself glued to his gaming console. I speak from experience. This man is a complete fraud, despite his enigmatic overconfidence in the skills and capabilities which he simply does not possess. If you have NO OTHER CHOICE but to hire this man, then I highly recommend as a fellow American citizen, that you just go to court alone and try your case pro se, because that's going to be your only chance of a positive, just outcome short of hiring a professional. Not only will Christopher W. Koschier destroy your life, but when the opportunity arrives for him to be able to correct his own mistakes and get you out of prison, he will not only abandon you but will overtly sabotage your efforts at getting a false conviction vacated.
Be warned my friends, Christopher Koschier is NOT a professional, ethical or honorable man or attorney. He is a lonely self-proclaimed "gamer" with no friends or colleagues, plain and simple. An analogy that was proffered to me in retrospect by a real lawyer: If you were going to have brain surgery, would you really select a doctor fresh out of school with no meaningful experience, or whose first few cases ended badly? Chew on that as you ponder whether you really want to risk your entire life, reputation, career, family, fortune and future by allowing this man anywhere near you or your case. I wish you all the best with your case. Please, keep researching elsewhere. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing that I didn't do everything in my power to save another person (you) from being this dolt's next victim.

Mr. Koschier is one of a kind. He is seriously intelligent, and very passionate about his work. It really shows with the extensive efforts he makes in a case. He does not sugar coat the truth, and is fierce in defense tactics and absolutely thorough. Mr. Koschier is always prompt to respond to questions and offers clear, helpful advice. I would not hire anyone else. He is unbelievable in his skills and the work he puts forth. He is also very easy to talk to, as he does not exert any arrogance as some attorneys tend to do. He actually files motions and challenges the other side with carefully detailed facts. I very highly recommend hiring this attorney if your case matters to you.

Ricky helped liaise with local law enforcement over a child custody dispute matter. He was clear in explaining possible legal outcomes in our initial intake call, and expedited queries to law enforcement once I retained his services. In particular, I found that there was a need outside of traditional family law services in my custody issue that Ricky and his team helped address; addressing law enforcement’s response to child custody hand-offs, disputes with a co-parent that could involve municipal services…there was not a lot of clarity from our local jurisdiction when I tried to personally find out case status and outcome, and eliciting responses from my city and law enforcement was much easier (and faster) using Ricky and his team. Ricky and his legal team were transparent on cost, and he sought to make himself available to me even after working hours. I would absolutely turn to Ricky again.

We hired Russell Noe to represent our grandson in a difficult situation. This was the first time our grandson had been in any kind of trouble. This was a felony conviction and our wish was for it to be reduced to a misdemeanor with probation, community service and a fine. Russell was able to negotiate it to deferred adjudication with probation, a fine and community service. It was the next best thing we could have hoped for. We would have a liked a little more communication from him, but he was always willing to talk to me when I called and explained things thoroughly. He treated our grandson respectfully and ensured that he understood everything along the way and that he was pleased with the outcome. We definitely recommend Russell to resolve your issues.

I was referred to a friend who happened to be in the same cell block as me. I called him from jail collect on Xmas night around dinner time and HE ACTUALLY ACCEPTED. I hired him although my court date wasn't until the 1st week in Feb. He went to my court room and talked to the district attorney of my court and secured a deal. And this was the first week of Jan.. He came to see me and asked if I'd accept the deal. I was looking at 5yrs TDC. Now the deal he got was for time served if I signed on my court date in Feb. I SAID HELL YEAH. Now when my court date arrived my cell block was on quarantine for covid and I wasn't allowed to attend. But that didn't stop Paul. I called him and told him and he said don't worry. He got me a PR Bo d so that I was released the day I should have been with a court date to o my come and sign my papers But bad luck still tried to beat us, pretrial never came that night to release me. That still didn't stop Paul even though he was in Brazoria County and I was in Harris. All of a sudden I was called out for court. When I got to court pretrial was there with my bond papers to sign. But when I signed them the bailiff said I was getting a dbl. Whammy today. There was a phone and a stack of papers on a desk. I picked up the phone and Paul who was at the Brazoria courthouse walked me through each one as I signed them. Then I was escorted into the courtroom and it was only me, the bailiff, and the court coordinator. All of a sudden Paul (in brazoria) appeared on a screen via Zoom as did the Judge (from home). And there I accepted my plea agreement. Now I was wondering why I still signed my pr bond papers if I signed for my plea. Well it normally takes them until the middle of the night to release you after court but by the time I got back to housing , releasing had already been calling for me. Needless to say I was released within 2 hours of returning from court. Paul gets things done. And he keeps his promises. IF YOURE EVER IN A BIND CALL PAUL MORGAN. HE WONT LET YOU DOWN.

Mike Allen is not the attorney you need! He is very unprofessional and aggressive, towards his clients by hanging up the phone and yelling. He don’t take his time and listen to his clients, and he’s always “busy”. When requesting information he neglects you soon as money is paid upfront. Attempted to resolve situation professionally, but Mr. Stewart engaged in yelling and threatening behavior. Ultimately was forced to file an official grievance with the WI Office of Lawyer Regulation.

Attorney Robinson is a Great attorney. He was once a prosecutor so when looking for representation for a loved one I decided to go with Attorney Robinson and that was the BEST decision I could have made! At first I thought he wasn’t giving me enough details and came to understand how he moves. He doesn’t give false hopes just be patient and understand that he is fighting for his victims relentlessly! He is very skilled at his job as a defense attorney having experience as a prosecutor he knows how to prepare bc he knows their strategy. He got my children’s Father home by beating a Felony Murder case with over 10 other charges. His codefendants were found guilty but because of Attorney Robinson he was found innocent!

Has shown not concern and commitment for a murder self defense case. Mr. Robinson continues to share his personal issues/life and these issues are first without concern for the client.

Stephanie E. DiVittore is incompetent. Retain her if you'd like to lose. She will charge you 3 times what other attorneys cost and lose the case for you. Before she loses though, she will offer to represent you for free when the inevitable loss occurs. I can only recommend you work with these guys if you're interested in losing. My best friend had told me about Lana Fraser at James law firm but I had to get in touch for him after he was falsely arrested on a felony warrant last week. James called me back immediately after the answering service contacted him and then Lana called me back shortly after. She went above and beyond to email and call every sheriff and deputy in town until she got the warrant cleared out of the system and this was around 11pm so to me that’s the best customer service I’ve ever seen in a lawyer! I appreciate the help and her going to bat for her clients. She’ll fight for you and she isn’t afraid of getting bullied or staining her reputation if what the cops did was not by the books. Way to go Lana and you are by far the best I’ve dealt with even though I pets haven’t had to use you. Do, if you need a good lawyer from out of town or even in your town look up Lana Fraser at James Law firm.

Language Interpreter Center services are unreliable and over priced. When the app stopped functioning I reached out three times via phone and email and received no response. We had to cancel multiple patient appointments because of no functioning services and no response from the company. We have since changed to an Outside company who provides outstanding service 24/7 365 at less than half the price of AIJ. I'm happy to support local, and even pay a little more to do so, but only if quality service is provided.

Jason, from Alaska Immigration Justice, helped me get my work permit, my residence, and when I was eligible for U.S citizenship, he helped me become a United States citizen as well.
