Mr Samuels was helpful as much as possible. I hired him over 2 years ago to assist me with my disability claim. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way he kept in touch and was always a step ahead in the claim process. As today,promptly returns calls.
I have a current insurance company issue & need guidance in the steps to get this rectified so providers can be paid as in the past 30+ yrs I have been with them as a spouse of a retiree.
Understandably, Mr Samuels does have to require a Escrow account deposit to start his assistance. He was very thorough in explaining the associated fee and is understandable given the possibility of time devoted. Unfortunately SSDI is my only income. I don't qualify for any assistance the government supposedly pays those who are unable to meet living requirements due to my being married and my husband receiving actually less per month than I do after the SS insurance Part B deduction.
Mr Samuels is so professional and shows genuine empathy given my disability when initially spoke with him in 2019. He has shown that same professionalism given my current situation. I would (and have) highly recommended this lawyer who genuinely cares more about the client than the understable need for case charge currency. However it is very competitive given the economy and other providers in his profession. Mr Samuels dedicated the time to assure my disability case moved swiftly through the system process and held true to any statement made. Worked with several of my providers as needed . Was very professional in guiding me through the required process of gathering office and the many procedure notes required by me from the Social Security Administration. Mr Samuels is very knowledgeable in the disability program and the way he breaks the language down to layman's terms is a helpful qualification of many definite accomplishments acquired by this top notch attorney.

I had come to a point in my life where my health interfered with my ability to work. One of the toughest decisions I had ever made in my life was, I can’t work a regular job anymore due to past spinal injury and surgeries.
Not knowing where to turn, I saw a commercial where Mr. Collins pointed out his law firm specialized in disability claims, so I called and made an appointment.
I couldn’t have made a better decision regarding the situation I found myself in.
Mr. Collins was straight forward, very knowledgeable and professional. On day one he explained to me what the entire disability process would be like and what I could expect going forward.
Often the disability process is never as fast as we as individuals think it should be. Mr. Collins, however, always informed me of what to expect after each process through the duration of the disability claim.
The thing I appreciated most was his straight forward guidance, and opinions. Never through the process did I feel like he was just saying something to make me feel better as his client.

Kerry Spencer is a true professional. My previous council lost my case and immediately dropped me as a client. Kerry took the time to COMPLETELY hear me out about the details of my case. I had other Attorney's tell me my case was not "financially responsible" to attempt. Apparently, not for Attorney Spencer who WON the case! The whole time the firm had great communication on what they needed me to do and they kept me informed on what they were doing. Kerry is also very patient. I'm a Disabled Veteran with many painful injuries which have a huge impact on my mood, more often than not. Kerry was cool, calm, and collected when addressing me, even when I was not. In 20/20 hindsight, I would have hired her from the beginning because Social Security is all she does. I've dealt with a lot of attorneys and Bennett is one of the few that was able to review my case with an open mind. He was able to give me realistic expectations and was empathetic to the "employee" in a worker's comp claim. Unfortunately it appears that I missed the filing deadline to move forward with my claim. However, I wish the hearings office would have let me know that before they even scheduled the hearing. Marianne provided us great confidence from the very beginning that our Social Security claim will be settled sooner rather than later. Mr. Smith, with the addition of his staff was very good to me when I had a personal injury case. I feel so fortunate to have had Judson Pierce represent me in my workman's compensation claim with the City of Boston. I was denied for Social Security Disability. I hired a lawyer (not Jack) to appeal this decision. Unfortunately that lawyer did not file the appeal within the timeframe required. So I was denied again. Through a recommendation I met and hired Jack to continue the appeal process which was extremely difficult at this point. Jack was extremely persistent.
