I was in a very bad accident on the job, no fault of my own. I suffered neck injuries, hip, knee and a severe concussion. I couldn't remember my name or where I was at times let alone try to fight for my rights. I didn't know where to turn, I felt so alone and lost. I felt like that was the last chapter of my life just broken and beat up with no job, until I found Renee! I called her and explained everything, we scheduled a free consulation. I injured my shoulder and neck on the job over 3 years ago and naturally the Workmen comp adjuster was doing there absolute best to drop my claim. But when i spoke with Renee she decided to talk my chased and represent me. She stood in my corner and fought for me to get treated and well taken care of in our settlement. She and all the ladies in the office are the greatest thing since sliced bread! I'm going to missing them all!

My husband was referred to Renee a few years ago by a co-worker that had hired her. Mr. White is very knowledgeable,compassionate and goes above and beyond to help his clients. After being an RN for 28 years ,I had a neck injury at work that required a 2 level cervical fusion. I lost my job the week before surgery because I had run out of FMLA. I had no idea what to do so I called his firm and was given a very quick appointment.After meeting with him , I definitely knew he was the one to help. He was very knowledgeable about my injury and how it could affect my future ability to work. Unfortunately , I continued to have probems for the next year and a half and he made sure that I received all of the care that I needed . He also guided me in regards to appying for Social Securiy Disability because I am still unable to work and made sure that Workers Compensation would cover any therapy,visits, tests and treatments that my surgeon orders for the rest of my life ! Ther are no words to express the gratitude that I have for him and his entire staff!
I would also like to give a five star rating to his paralegal Tara Rudman. She is competent,compassionate and excellent at her job. When I had issues or problems of any kind she was so effficent at getting them resolved.

First, I spoke with Attorney Clark A. Mitchell Sr. concerning my case. He was extremely knowledgeable but could not take my case because it was not his specialty. He referred me to Attorney Clark A. Mitchell Jr. He could not take my case as well for the same reason. Both attorneys were professional and caring when I spoke with him. Not only did he actively listen to my case, but they also gave me suggestions and advice in general. When they explained it was not their area of law and could not represent me, they referred me to other lawyers. They were extremely patient.

Since I didn't currently have an attorney, I initially sought out Clark Mitchell based on his reputation as one of my area's preeminent lawyers. I was serving as the executor of both my aunt's and mother's estates. With absolutely no experience or real knowledge of the process or my role in it, I was very worried about retaining an attorney that would be efficient, willing to guide me, and easy to work with. Mr. Bisbey has proved himself over and over to myself and my husband as being the BEST ATTORNEY around - he is very trustworthy, reliable, decent and knowledgeable and this is hard to find. He cares about his clients and always looks out for them. You can trust him. Can't say that about many attorneys as was the case he just handle - a real estate transaction wherein we were the lien holders of a note and were supposed to have been paid at the time of the closing but this did not happen because the other attorney failed to collect our money and gave all the proceeds to his clients knowing that we had a first lien on the property. Well a week later Mr. Bisbey had our money. Thanks for being there for us.

I needed help my disability case. After checking around and hours and hours of prayer Miss Chelsea turned out to be my saving grace. She is extremely easy to get a hold of and very easy to talk to when you do. She has a great insight for particular needs or wants and will have an answer for any question you might need one for. As for a time frame, I'm sure all will vary since none are the same, however everyone I had talked to while in the process had been denied at least once and then was just strung along it seemed. My experience seemed like WHAM here's your first appointment, second, third, some calls, it won't be long now, it won't be long now. Then, you will receive your first check on 00/00/0000. BAM your all set to go.

My disability case was unusual because I was able to work for six years after a hemorrhagic stroke. I hired Chelsea Parker in April of 2018. She was encouraging, uplifting, honest and straight forward. She kept me well informed and always knew what to expect. Her intuition was always spot on, and there were no surprises.
I was always treated with respect, and the entire process was well explained. My case went all the way to a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. It took almost two years, and she always made time to listen to my concerns and provide solid advice.
I would recommend Chelsea Parker without hesitation. If I had to do it all again, I wouldn’t change anything.

When I was referred to Grey & Grey, I had gotten hurt on the job and had elbow surgery. The attorneys and staff were so helpful in getting me the benefits I needed. Going through a custody battle, and from the moment I went to the consultation I have felt a lot better of my chances to get what I am asking. M. I terminated an attorney on my disability case because there was simply no dialogue. Buyer beware of TV commercials advertising legal services. What this really means is they're inundated with cases because of the high exposure which in turn creates one sided communication. My case was approved within a year. She answered every question I asked. Every time I called they answered. Shannon, also helped me to be very specific when it came time to talk to my doctors. She would let me know what questions I needed to ask them. And, to be sure they put it in my files. Most important thing to remember, if they hear something, you will hear from them. I didn't have to continue to call, because she kept me informed.

I went to Scott after I suffered a severe traumatic brain injury (including a skull fracture, 3 week coma, and a 4 week stay in what was supposed to be a rehab but was a physiatric hospital that was attempting to get their accreditation for TBi REHAB) from a motorcycle wreck out of town. When I was told I couldn’t return to my career, I was devastated! But I know I misspeak a lot, get grouchy with the public, and feel so isolated and alone. Scott was always there for me! Cried with me- fought tooth a nail for me!! He still calls to see how I am. I forgot to mention this started in July 2015. Not only was I denied twice, we had a full hearing finally in 2017 or 2018 ( I can’t remember). After waiting almost 7 or 9 months for the decision, I was turned down AGAIN! Scott still didn’t quit. He appealed the Judges decision and won!!! We had a new hearing in June of 2019. 30 days later we WON!! Not only won- but retroactive to the date of injury!! I don’t know what I would have done without Scott during this process.... I was so depressed and I literally feel like he gave me a second chance at life after a wreck tried to take my life. Thank you, Scott (and his associates are so patient and helpful!!)!!
