I was in a car wreck with my coworker, his wife and another friend. We all got hurt, my foot badly and had to have it repaired. My health insurance from work didn't want to cover my bills from a car crash. I needed help and Loncar &a Associates got me the help needed. I was in a car wreck with my wife a friend and a co-worker. We all got hurt. I tore my knee up and had surgerys. My insurance from work did not want to cover my injuries or bills from the wreck. Hired Domenic after I was not able to get thorough paperwork or understanding on my own. With his guidance from the first phone call. I felt comfortable with my decision to hire him. He guided me along with help getting all records needed. I was able to get a speedy hearing due to my circumstances and granted we won the appeal. It's a shame that more people don't seek professional help for appealing or even if you want to do it yourself Domenic bellisario is able to explain the reasons and clearly gave me hope for my future after my injuries. I worked from age of 17 years till 49 only to be told I could still do certain work. My medical records were not available or released. Get advice. I contacted Robyn, and another attorney, following an illness that led me to start investigating Social Security Disability. When I met with Robyn, I knew instantly that she was the attorney for me, and cancelled my appointment with the other attorney. Robyn was thorough, and guided me through every step of the process. She managed my expectations realistically, letting me know that most applications are denied at the initial review level, but she did in fact obtain my disability benefits at this first level. I was impressed with her knowledge and level of professionalism. My application was filed in December, and in May direct deposits began flowing into my checking account. My Son and and I met Ellen Saideman due to a Plan drawn up at his high school, by his Teacher and the school Therapist. This Plan stated that due to my Autistic Sons' stress level and social anxieties, that he be limited in attending class functions such as field trips, and outings where he could be taught to interact in social situations. This Plan excluded him from such activities by denying him to go on all day activities outside of the school, by suggesting that he remain at home on said day or if it was raining or snowing, he was not to attend school on those days, as he had anxiety on those days. As we know, this drawn up an between Teacher and Therapist was unacceptable and unlawful. Attorney Saideman assured this school and it's faculty that it was indeed against the law and against Special Needs groups to have such a Plan in place.
Attorney Saideman, my Son, certain members of school faculty and myself, sat down to a meeting of what was and was not acceptable and all that it entailed in this situation and all was resolved.
Ellen Saideman was also instrumental in taking the time to get to know my Son by reading all school records and by including him in our meetings.
We were both appreciative in the assistance and guidance that was offered us by Ellen. She is very knowledgeable, professional and sensitive to the needs of those who cannot speak for themselves.

After simultaneously experiencing a protracted period of unemployment and a difficult divorce and losing everything I found myself buried in debt that would take the rest of my life to repay. I was being sued by creditors and unable to get credit anywhere when I reached out to Adrian. He quickly assessed my situation and advised me that a Chapter 7 bankruptcy was the best option for me and immediately assisted me in responding to a lawsuit notification I had received before I had actually hired him. He walked me through the process and kept me updated and always took my calls and responded promptly to my emails throughout the whole process. With his assistance I successfully received a discharge for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy in just under 90 days. It changed my life. I initially applied for Social Security Disability benefits and my claim was denied. I referred my case to David Allen to file an appeal and handle my case. They promptly prepared and filed the appeal, I was advised that should the matter require a formal hearing, the process could take upwards of 18 months. After only a few months, we were advised by the Social Security Administration, that upon review of the documents submitted with the appeal, they reconsidered and awarded me the benefits I was due, including retro active payment from the date of occurrence. I was impressed with both the short time it took to resolve the matter, as well as the little effort required on my part, past the initial interview/consultation. They were very professional throughout the process. For these reasons I would highly recommend them for people who could benefit from their services.
