Mr. Rosenblum took my case after I received my first denial. He has worked hard over the past two years to make sure I was getting my Health problems properly handled with my Doctors .He truly is an Amazing Person who knows His craft with a Back up Assistant like Ms. Venus that are on point. Every time I've been in their office its a welcoming place to be. When My hearing with the ALJ came Robert made sure I was comfortable and my nerves was settled so that I could make it through the hearing. They get you through to the end . Mr. Robert Rosenblum and his assistant, Venus Dye, have been and continue to be truly fantastic! I had gotten incredibly sick (forcing me to leave a job I truly loved and still miss) and was navigating my disability insurance... A huge nightmare. I was simultaneously preparing for SSDI, which let me tell you is a two-year process of pitfalls, paperwork and persistent follow-up. He was kind enough to refer me to someone who specialized in LTD Insurance with my carrier and he took care of my SSDI claim start to finish. You only take disability when you are sick, feeling poorly or lack the physical/mental energy to work. Believe me when I tell you that the application itself is a full-time job. Even if you make it through all the way, there are things that you need to know and follow up on. This dream team is worth every penny they get from my claim... And that's probably not even enough considering all they've done. They only take the standard percentage for SSDI lawyers and I believe they are also entitled to compensation for copies of records... To which I think one of these reviews referred... He saved them money by allowing them to pick up their own medical forms. Remember, he is not guaranteed compensation unless your claim is approved. I can't say enough good things about the kindness and generosity of these two wonderful people. I would highly recommend them and their firm to someone having to go through the hardship of filing disability.

Mr. Rosenblum and Venus really care about their Clients. I honestly don’t know what I would do without them. I was turned down for LTD through my previous employer. Mr. Rosenblum was instrumental when filing my appeal. He’s extremely knowledgeable in both LTD and Social Security Benefits. I just won my appeal, only because of Mr. Rosenblum. We are still working on my Social Security case. I’m 100% confident that Mr. Rosenblum will do all possible to win my case. I never thought I would think so highly about an Attorney, but I do. I had a question about how much my spouce or I could earn without jeopardizing my SSDI and when I called, Mr Vandeusn answered the phone and took a few minutes of his time to answer the questions I had and helped me to understand what I needed to know in a short few minutes.

Josh was amazing! He heard me out from the start, and actually looked at my case when other lawyers turned me down for being "too young". I applied for Social Security Disability on Guam in 2004. I was disapproved for the claim twice but I had to relocate to Hawaii because Guam had no Social Security Advocate back then. I selected an Associate of Mr. Frederick J. Daley. Since then Mr. Daley kept me informed to the progress of my case from the Social Security Administrative Judge, to the District Court, and to the Court of Appeals. When my case was finally given back to the Administrative Judge for the final disposition Mr. Daley traveled from Chicago to Hawaii for the hearing. I understand that my case took the longest that he represented.

I was referred by another happy client that Ms. Cooper had helped. It was easy to get an appointment and she explained the whole bankruptcy process well. When we went to court to file (back in 2010) she was the most organized lawyer there. The other ones were fumbling with all kinds of folders and she had everything in order for her clients on her ipad. Well into our bankruptcy, the car that I had involved in the bankruptcy was totaled in a storm and she immediately filed the motion where we could substitute another title so I would not be without a vehicle. At the end, when the trustee was still subtracting payments from our checking account she went to court and got an immediate refund of all over payments. (We received the refund the same day she went to court). We were well represented throughout the whole process and she was always compassionate and sympathetic. Any time we called with questions we always got a call back.

I 'm from out of state residing temporarily in corporate apartments and was in need of a Power of Attorney. Thank goodness there was a neighborhood lawyer less than a mile away that provided the service that I needed, Mrs./Miss Marcella was that lawyer. She even answered by e-mail on Sunday afternoon concerning my POA.. The next day after work my POA was ready and my wife was very happy when she received the POA the next following day. Also a UPS Store was in the neighborhood. Now how convenient is that. Two birds with one stone. There are always two sides to every story, as indicated by the reviews and responses. I can only give you my perception and outcome from my dealings with Mrs. Taylor. First, I called to schedule an appointment with a "lawyer for people with limited income" and the fee was $295 per hour, now let me assure you I have never paid that amount of money in any of my appointments with Mrs. Taylor. Now, I'm sure someone will say, "you get what you pay for", in this case, I would say, "Board certified". In my opinion, Mrs. Taylor simplifies everything by telling you the bottom line. I would recommend Mrs. Taylor and if she isn't able to return your call right away, call again or better yet pay $300 or more per hour for the same law advice. In addition, I have in the past called for legal advice in which I will not mention names and I still have not heard back. In conclusion, Mrs. Taylor is, in my opinion, an honest and caring person with years of attorney experience. She is the first lawyer you should call if she can't help you she will tell you.

I hired Eric to help fight my SSDI appeal. I had been previously approved, but benefits were termed because they claimed I was better. I had actually gotten worse and had numerous doctors notes and letters stating I was getting worse. Eric was able to prove to the judge with over 22,000 pages of documentation my health was worse. I had a workers' comp case, which I thought was complicated by other events at work. Mike is very straightforward and informs you what is important in workers' comp law and what is not. I felt like I clicked with Christina the first time we met, she could clearly she how stressed I was about my disability case and she made me feel at ease.
She was great at getting and handling all the paperwork or any other information needed.
Christina exceeded what I thought would be done thru this whole process, I had heard from a lot of people that they had to go and get their own records or mail out whatever disability was looking, I think I might have had to go to one place for a copy of my MRI they kept sending the wrong one and I said I would just go pick it up.

I found myself in need of a lawyer to represent me in two legal matters. The first was regarding Social Security and the second case dealing with the Public Employees Retirement System, better known as (PERS). Like many people I had no idea where to turn. My professional caregiver strongly suggested that I speak with Erica J. Mandell because several clients had similar experiences with social security and they received favorable results from Ms. Mandell and Her services. I telephoned Her office and left my name and contact information. Ms. Mandell returned my call in less than one hour and arranged a consultation for the very next day. 
Ms. Mandell instructed me to bring along any paperwork that I received from the Social Security Office to the consultation meeting. After reviewing the paperwork and explaining exactly what was contained in the received paperwork and what responses were required, Ms. Mandell agreed to represent me in my cases. As with any government agency the rules and regulations can be extremely complex. The Social Security Administration and (PERS) are no different and no less complicated. Even though all of the documentation was accepted on time and in order without errors or corrections my PERS case required in person testimony by myself, my family, and by medical professionals by an NJ State Judge. It is with great appreciation that I would like to share my experience with Robert Blamer as my attorney and legal representation in my difficult and unusual case involving my automobile accident.
When I first met Mr. Blamer at his office I was very hesitant, uncertain and confused. The head trauma I suffered in the accident left me feeling vulnerable, a position I was not used to being in.
During the progression of that initial meeting - though I remained reserved, I quickly found myself warming to his approachable personality. His strength of character and extensive knowledge gave me the assurance I needed to go forward with entrusting my case to him though I remained guarded.

I had given him the highest honor I could have given anyone.
