I suffered a head injury back in 2013 and was searching for a Attorney, and was referred to Ed Lopez...he handled and settled my case easily and quickly, but unfortunately my wife got injured in 2015 so of course Ed was our first phone call...he handled her case which was a difficult case to say the least as it involved 2 separate injuries but Ed kept us updated and assured us that everything will be fine...we can not say enough and thanks to Ed Lopez we received the best possible outcome that neither my wife or I, had ever expected! Richard Fitzpatrick has been my attorney for the past few years. He relentlessly pursued my Workers Comp insurance company for a fair settlement. He also suggested that I apply for Social Security Disability. It took a while for a hearing with a judge, but Richard continued to help me and wouldn't let SSD off the hook. The Social Security office dropped the ball in regards to an appeal and Richard persistently pursued them. Between both cases it took several years and i is finally over. Without Richard's help, I would not have been succesful in either case, but with Richard's help both cases have been settled in my favor.

In my complex social security disability case, which involved international totalization law, I talked to many attorneys but by far David J Lyons Esq was the very best. There is no way I could have won my case without him. In fact, he won my case two (2) times as the first time the judge made a legal error so we had to go through it all again with a second hearing and he won it all again to get full SSDI benefits for me. Prior to each hearing, I could see that he over prepared and had accurately covered all angles of the case and knew all of the evidence very well. Patricia Powers-Simonelli represented me in a divorce. The marriage lasted decades and there were some assets. My ex and I had come to an agreement on the division of the assets, although he waivered back and forth. Pat listened to me, understood how I wanted the divorce handled, understood that I did not want to be spending loads of time going over old records, coming up with budgets, expenses, going to court, etc. This was in complete contrast to my ex's attorney, who I felt wasted time, caused the completion of unnecessary paperwork, filed forms incorrectly, etc. Pat found errors in the legal papers and time frames that could have presented numerous problems for me. Pat is extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. She kept me posted via emails and was available beyond regular office hours. I appreciate that Pat respected my wishes to just "have it be done with". I believe Pat did a great job for me and definitely kept my budget in mind.

I hired Attorney Arellano after being sued by another person who claimed that I owed her money. This allegation was not true and there was absolutely no paperwork to show I borrowed any money. As a requirement of my private disability policy from my former employer, I had to apply for SS Disability in my second year of getting benefits from that private policy. After my initial denial for social security disability, I did what most do, l googled lawyers specializing in social securit disability claims. I randomly picked Ronald Harman and, boy, did I get lucky. But, more so than lucky, choosing Mr. Harman was the best possible choice as my legal representation that I could have done.
I contacted the law office and within several hours, Mr. Harman himself returned my call. We just briefly discussed my need for a lawyer and he had his legal assistant, Windy schedule an appointment.
My initial meeting with Mr. Harman was extremely thorough. He, point blank, informed me that he would not take on my case if he thought he couldn't win it.
His legal knowledge of the Social Security Administration, in particular, the legal aspects of the disability insurance claims portion, was overwhelmingly spellbinding. From knowing the simplest issues of forms to the more critical issues of what is necessary from physicians, what type of Physicians in conjunction with my illnesses, etc. It was imperative to him that the flow of communication between myself and his office be fluent. I never hesitated to contact the office with any questions and was never not contacted in a timely fashion.
The more that we met, the more comfortable I felt with Mr. Harman.
Three weeks prior to my hearing he scheduled what he thought would be a critical examination with a physician, other than my own. And it ended up being significantly critical to my claims outcome.
That same week, we had our final meeting before my hearing. Afterwards, I felt extremely comfortable and ready for my hearing.
The morning of the hearing, he ask if there were going to be any surprises for him, did I have any last minute questions, did I feel comfortable, was I okay?

Entered the conference room, proceeded with all of the legal necessities, and then the judge offered that he was going to make an off the record fully favorable decision but for one question. Once he asked me the question, talked to the Vocational Expert and Mr Harman for a few minutes and then announced a bench decision of fully favorable.
