After being denied of my Social Security benefits I had to pill my case it was a tricky situation I didn't know what to do and we happen to find lawyer Jack McCormick in Conroe I am so thankful that we were able to find him because without him I could not have gotten through this difficult situation being sick and trying to go forward and a pillow cases very difficult having the right while you're on your side is very important and by far I definitely have the right lawyer on my side going before Judge is always a difficult situation but after being in there with Jack McCormick I know I made the right choice if you're looking for an amazing lawyer he's the one to hire

We hired Mr. McCormick to help with a SSI case. After two hearings with a SSI judge my son was awarded full SSI benefits plus additinal back pay thanks to Mr. McCormick. I could not have done this without his expertise. I would recommend Jack McCormick to anyone needing attorney services.

When I came to Jack McCormick I had no idea how to file for disability - what the process was or what to expect. All I knew was that I was mentally and physically no longer able to work. First and foremost, Mr. McCormick listened to me. In order to work as long as I did, I had downplayed and hid my disabilities for years. It was difficult to go from that to talking about everything, having to discuss every detail of my physical and mental impairments, and ask for help. Mr. McCormick started from the very beginning and walked me through each step. Filing for disability is terrifying. You are unable to work, finances are low, and there are all these forms to fill out. You are in a state of limbo waiting on the decision. Mr. McCormick stayed with my case. He told me exactly what was required and expected. He reviewed all my documents and discussed what was needed to complete my records. When I went to my hearing, Mr. McCormick knew that I was nervous and arrived early to wait with me. When we went to court he helped me stay calm and supported me as I shared very painful experiences.

Raymond represented my business in a case where both the city and county were allies. Nobody
thought we could win the case. It was a constitutional law issue in Alabama. The opposition retained
a law firm from a large city in Alabama. Raymond won the case at the first level. The case was well developed, it was apparent the judge was impressed. Raymond was an outsider in this case.

September 2016 was badly injurd at work. Not getting anywhere with the insurance company on my own.Went to the law orffice of Audette Cordeiro Violette. Sat down with Bob and Aimee Audette told them how I was injurd at work and that I was getting no where dealing with the insurance company on my own .Told them I need test done to find out the extent of my injury . They said they could help me get that done they wasted no time they went to court to represented me and then I started to get the medical care that I really need .After two surgery one to remove two disk from my neck and the second surgery to my right hand carpal tunnel surgery I still was unable to go back to work .And then I hired Miss Vilotte to apply for Dissabilty .She help me fill out all the paper work needed in filling for disability to make sure every thing was accurate and on time .A few months later I was awarded disability I very much appreciated all the help I received from Aimee ,Bob ,Miss Violett great lawyers and great people I call friends

I was switched over to Sheldon by a law firm and he really took interest in me and my case. He really cares about his clients and won't waste your time. My attorney, Garry Wilcox Jr., worked with me throughout the entire process, making sure everything was taken care of every step of the way. My initial incident was a frustrating one physically and emotionally. I had just graduated from college and purchased my first car, and a situation beyond my control caused another driver to rear end me while I was stopped at a red light. Just a few months into purchasing the car, I was devastated with the damages inflicted on my car, as well as on my person. I was so nervous about my injuries, as my job was physically demanding, but Garry ensured me that he would work his hardest to make sure that not a penny of lost wages would truly be lost. I felt a strong sense of comfort upon meeting with Garry and initially going through the first stages of my case. I truly felt like I had someone by my side and that would make sure that I received the aid and support that I needed during my otherwise nervous and panicked state. When we encounter the denial of our Long Term Disability claim with Standard Insurance, we were looking for legal representation and were prior denied by 3 Attorneys, all stating that Standard was very hard to deal with and they didn't see a chance that we could win. We kept looking and where referred to Mister DeBofsky. He agreed with that prior statement, but nevertheless, he took the time to see all our details and was experienced enough to find the right strategy, after all he is a very well respected expert in this field. That shows in all his dealings and the correspondence with us and the Insurance company. After his 21 page appeal, Standard had to agree that all the evidence was on our side and finally approved our claim. Mr. Coleman is very familiar with the way disability cases work. "It definitely wasn't his first rodeo" I've tried other lawyers before using mr. Coleman and was denied disability. Mr. Coleman took my case and he work hard on my case and I received a favorable decision for my disability claim. Would I recommend him? Most definitely. I can't say enough about how wonderful Angela was to work with. I had initially been solicited by a large out of state disability law firm based on an online survey I had taken. I quickly discovered they were doing very little that I could have not done myself and merely listed diagnoses on my original filing, and not the most significant ones - which of course was denied. I thought I was stuck but thankfully a family lawyer in town recommended that I call Angie.
Angela talked more with me on my initial phone consult than the firm I had filed with did over the course of almost 2 years. And though I was very limited functionally, I had not sought a great deal of medical care due to limited finances and insurance. Angela took the time to really review my records and ask me questions about how the various issues I had effected my day to day functioning and had me request a letter from my primary physician. She took that and all my records and wrote a wonderful On the Record Request for my hearing. While it was a very stressful time, her responsiveness and knowledge about each step of the process really helped. I ultimately did get a fully favorable decision and back pay for over 2 years and am sure this would not have happened with the big out of state firm I had initially signed with.

Kiel was wonderful, I started with Kiel. My case was reassigned to Peter. Cori worked hard and was amazing throughout the process, finding doctors that I couldn't remember their names, just fields of expertise or sometimes just buildings they worked in. I thank goodness for Peter Canova at this firm who took my case. He is patient, kind, perfect gentleman and genius at what he does (Disability Attorney with Roeschke Law). When I'd go off track, and I did many times 'cause my mind spins out or I forget and freeze up) Peter got us back on track and carried us. I think only Peter could have done what he did as great as Peter did. Cool, calm, collected against the challenges of my memory and all. Kiel, Handled my disability case from 2017 to 2020. I can honestly say, I was not the best client. I was suffering financially, mentally and all the education on disability was overwhelming. I hired Kiel Roeschke right after I had submitted my application. A few months after I received a letter from SSDI that they wanted more specific information about my previous employment.
Destiny, Kiel Roeschke's assistant, spent over an hour with me over the phone gathering the information I missed in completing my application and submitted it for me. Months later I was denied. Destiny immediately filed for reconsideration. A few months later I received several letters requesting that I go to three different appointments; physical, mental, xrays. All of this was completely overwhelming for me. I emailed Destiny and said I wasn't going to these appointments. She immediately was in touch with Attorney Kiel and I then received a call from him a few hours later. He answered all my questions and explained what the benefit to me could be if I went to all the appointments. He was very professional, spoke a in a manner I could completely understand, and was very kind. He spent as much time with me as I needed to make a decision. Based on our conversation, I made the decision to go to the appointments. I'm glad I did. Within 4 weeks from the last appointment I was awarded disability benefits. Ms Foster answered my question a long time ago but I didn't realize I could write a review, I hope this message finds you. The question I asked was something that affected me deeply and she responded quickly with a professional attitude but more importantly kindness. The other lawyers answers were cold without any emotional sympathy.
I am on SSI and my partner proposed and I was both excited but fearful of the affect on my benefits. She calculated the actual amount I would lose which fortunately was hundreds less than I feared. With her assurance I can start my family with the right calculation and without anxiety. Thank you.

I can't stress how well prepared Adam was for the ALJ hearing that was necessary for my case. As well, he explained every legal aspect of the case to me and was extremely helpful in prepping me on what to expect at the hearing. In the end, he nailed it and the claim was approved!!!

..where do I begin? It's really hard to put into words the gratitude I have for the work that he did. I've spent years trying to get my disorder under control. I always heard horror stories from friends who applied for SSDI, all being denied & having to appeal with a hearing, some cases taking years. When I applied in Sept 2019, I prepared for a long wait, waiting for a denial & preparing for a hearing. Then came CV-19 & I was sure I’d be waiting even longer. To my surprise, the case was a complete success in 8 months!! Dustin Jones was my case manager. He answered every question I had, usually quite quickly by email. I know every case is different, but I highly recommend Slepian Smith & his team to take a lot of the stress out of this procedure.

i have needed the services of Wendy Bailey a couple of times during the progression of a divorce with custody and parenting time challenges. I have found her to be tireless and extremely effective as an advocate legally and honest/direct as a counselor. She has worked for my kids and myself on upholding the court orders with integrity. As the father with primary custody, Wendy views the whole situation from what is best for the children not just what I may want in anger or hurt. I first consulted Mr. Hall about a disability claim. I was certain that I was wasting both my time as well as his. Mr. Hall did not think so. Instead of just reading provisions from the Law and Regulations, Kevin referenced these but supplemented them with specific examples of hearings, including testimony by the ME and his response. These examples were outstanding and demonstrated his knowledge of SSA procedures but also how to quickly adapt to expert testimony that might derail his case. He also demonstrated his knowledge in requesting supplemental hearings as necessary. Included in the written material for the conference were specific written transcriptions of complicated situations where he had to overcome bias or medical misunderstanding of a particular judge to win the case for his client. His presentation was one of the best I have ever heard and he clearly is outstanding in understanding what to do to win SSA disability cases but he also has the ability to execute a plan to win the case. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a representative for a SSA disability claim.

We recently moved here from Wisconsin.
I was waiting on an appeal from Wisconsin along with my Wisconsin attorney.
The decision came in stating my case go back to the Administrative Judge here in Georgia.
My Wisconsin lawyer decided he did not wish to proceed here with my case and dismissed himself after almost 4 years. I was shocked. What to do now?

No one ever marries with the intention of getting a divorce, but when faced with that, it's crucial to have a good attorney fighting for you. Gene was that attorney for me, but more than merely doing his job and working things out for the protection of my child, he was beyond kind/understanding/empathetic/patient with me! This was an emotional time, and I'm sure he sees lots of people not-at-their-best in his field, but he never treated me as though I was an overwrought, highly emotional female!
Gene was very responsive to not just my phone calls and emails (always took my call, returned emails w/in the hour), but I'd also drop in totally unannounced more than I should have, and he'd ALWAYS make time for me. He never gave the impression I was an annoyance to him, or that he had more important things he'd rather or ought to be doing...even as I was absolutely one of "those" clients!
He gave good legal advice gleaned from years of not only book-experience, but actual life-experience, from time spent in the courtrooms, working w/ various judges and attorneys. He had background/experience on most of those we'd encounter in the system (like the judge or the FOC staff), and for those he didn't personally know, he knew people who knew them. Based upon his experience he also had ideas and implemented things I'd never have thought of...never knew to think of!...and that's his job! What I was paying him for...so that I'd have the best outcome for myself and my child in a very tenuous situation.
When it came to my concerns and worries, he was pragmatic and realistic, sometimes too much so for my emotional-state (looking back however, with a clear-head, I now see his position and admit he was right)...and yet he was very open to my own ideas and thoughts, even pursuing them, some of which helped lead to the successful outcome of our case.
His prices were more than fair for the time he gave me and the genuine concern he showed; even though he was likely dealing with dozens of other cases, he always made me feel like I was the only one. With this being my life and the life of my child's, to be made to feel important and seen was such an encouragement and very calming.
