I first met JD when my children were quite young and in a very bad situation with their biological father. JD worked with me and for me tirelessly and we had an absolute phenomenal outcome with that case. Since JD has assisted us in every little need we have had. Our.most recent, my husband had two aneurysms and a stroke and JD and his assistant, Carla, had the poa paperwork over to us in less than 24 hours. Incredible people, real people, that actually care. I would recommend his practice everyday, everytime.

Provided great advice as to how to handle a fraudulent CPS investigation launched by our local SC hospital. Was extensively available and supportive. We wound up waiting for it to resolve and bringing in our own documentation from our 2nd opinion, and the case closed uneventfully.

JD is a great attorney and a really nice guy. I've used his services many times and my experience with him has always been great. My only complaint is that his office staff does not have the same commitment to quality or service.

I met and hired JD in Jan. 2012 for a breach of contract case after being thoroughly disgusted with my previous attorney. Within a few months my case had been to court and a consent judgment filed. I was totally pleased with the service, fees charged, and outcome and couldn't have expected anything better. Mr. Mosteller has represented me in a variety of cases.
