I had an excellent experience with SC Attorneys at Law. I was given great advice from Brad Thomas on how to handle a POA and my Will was reviewed as well.

Sarah Drawdy colluded with my lawyer Josh Allen on signed Mediation without serving any reference, or Financial Declaration, lying about spouse's gross income at the expense of my minor daughter's child support. Sarah also upset my minor daughter to tears telling her : "If you were close to your mother, you would know where she is!" Mrs. Sarah Drawdy at Byrholdt Drawdy Law has no ethic or shame. Forget about grown ups, but even kids stressed from abusive mother's eviction, will Sarah try to manipulate? The system has failed to protect my kid from the one who is supposed to uphold the law.

The structure of this offering felt designed to assist those with very little understanding of the intricacies of law... ensuring that all our questions were answered in layman's terms. This is a very bad attourney she gets very personal. And gas lights the other side if your looking for fights and war she's great at starting all of that. Resolutions didn't see many. Our agreements where the same just a lot higher blood pressure and terrible at answering.

It was immediately clear that she had made baseless assumptions about me, possibly based on my name or some other superficial factor. When I sought clarification, she repeated her disrespectful remark, indicating a lack of respect for basic communication etiquette. What followed was equally disturbing. Sarah proceeded to quote an exorbitant retainer fee of $10,000 without even bothering to listen to my side of the story. Her preemptive assertion that I was going to lose my case reeked of arrogance and negligence. It became evident that she had already made up her mind about me before even understanding the details of the situation. This encounter serves as a stark reminder of the pitfalls of the legal profession. Lawyers, like Sarah, seem to prioritize profit over principles, demonstrating a worrying lack of empathy and integrity. Their loyalty appears to lie not with justice or their clients but with their own financial interests and their colleagues in the legal fraternity. The erosion of faith in the judicial system is a troubling consequence of such behavior. When legal practitioners like Sarah prioritize money and assumptions over fairness and due process, the very foundation of justice is undermined. It reinforces the perception that the legal system is rigged in favor of the wealthy and well-connected, leaving ordinary individuals at a severe disadvantage. In conclusion, my encounter with Sarah serves as a cautionary tale for anyone seeking legal representation. Beware of lawyers who are quick to judge, prioritize profit over justice, and demonstrate blatant unprofessionalism. The pursuit of justice should not be tainted by prejudice, greed, or arrogance. It's time for the legal profession to introspect and uphold the principles it claims to stand for.
