Mrs Goodwin picked up my case after having a bad experience with another lawyer. She did a great job catching up and getting us organized. Her online portal is the best part of working with her. It is super functional and organized and makes it easy to communicate and access information. She or her assistant generally always responded within the same day. When working with her I felt supported and understood. She was able to get me what feels like the best possible outcome in my situation. Following the completion of our services she immediately sent out paperwork and finalized our billing balance without me having to ask! Overall I would greatly recommend her services. I am a fairly anxious and easily triggered individual and she took the time to repeatedly communicate and explain things to me! Also her assistant Joy is super kind and communicative as well!
