Following a very serious (life-changing in ways) accident on 9/9/18 I was advised to contact Trammell and Mills by my chiropractor and my neurologist. Somehow, the phone number I was given sent me to a cruise agent, but I finally got in touch with them. From the first meeting on, Trey Mills and staff put my sister (I was driving her car) and me at ease, and told me what to expect (especially when trying to deal with insurance companies). Trey answered all of my questions directly, quickly and accurately whenever I had one - even on weekends! The entire process was a very frustrating deal (I was getting nothing but run-around and inaccurate information from my sister's insurance as well as the at-fault party's insurance which I couldn't even contact for lack of a phone number).
