Potential issues with a court-appointed guardian ad litem (GAL) not fulfilling their responsibilities
“I am the victim of child abuse, I was given Joy Davis as my GAL. First off, if a GAL is court assigned, they pay. Second, the job of a GAL is to be the voice of the child. Over a year and a half I seen her TWO times. She charged my mother for seeing me once a month & doing home checks and other thing. She is a horrible lawyer.”
