Tom Dunaway handled my case when my husband was hit by a car and killed back in april 2016. It wasn't an easy case but he and his staff where kind to me durning a very difficult time. Thank you. Even with the laws are written today I got a settlement and was able to start my life over. Really made a difference in my life. I just wish the laws where written better. They tie the lawyer's too much. With that said they did a good job and my life is good now. Thank you.

Very very unhappy with this whole law firm and mr dunaway himself... Go to any lawyer but this firm... Once he got his $35,000 he stopped working our case.. Never finished our case had to hire another lawyer. He took advantage of. My husband who is disabled!!

They took care of my wills, POA, advanced medical directive, and other business issues expertly. Wouldn't recommend another law office in this state.

I am very thankful that I contacted this office to handle my case. Field helped me through the process professionally, as well as making it understandable to me. He is prompt with response time to questions. On our very first meeting, he told me that he would handle my situation. He assured me that he would have the case dismissed. He didn't give up on my case until he made that happen. When he gives you his word, he stands by it. I highly recommend him, and I have never worked with a more effective, efficient, and great attorney as Mr. Dunaway!

Great defense attorney. Stands up for people who have been mistreated. Not all he does, but probably what he's best at. Known this man for 30 years. Fights for his community and the little guy. I've sent him a great deal of work over the years, I doubt he even knows how much. He's responsible for getting Anderson buses. Thanks Tom, for not being pushed around, for always standing up for what is right, and for getting your hands dirty when it was necessary.
