This experience turned a nightmare day into an amazing experience. How? One word… Brad. We were closing and drove 14 hours with approval to close which ended up not the case. Our lender screwed up royally and Brad not only got on the phone with them to remediate the situation, but took time out of his day to close with us on time when he was booked. He’s sympathetic, professional, personable, fair and a great personality. If it was not for Brad, I don’t think we would have closed on time, and had such a positive experience in the end.
