Very Rude, lacks professionalism.talking to you while eating. Careless to what your saying. I felt rushing and very unthoughtful! The young lady did not allow me to asking concerning questions about my case and what i needed. This by far the worse experience, I’ve ever had. She never asking what were the specifics of my case and she hung up the phone as i was talking. This is crazy
