I was involved in a very acrimonious separation and divorce proceeding which dragged on for 16 months. Fender Law Firm was wonderful in getting me through this mental and emotional ordeal and helping me to resolve the matter in a quite satisfactory way. Fender Law Firm (Addison and Tracy) have been the best decision we have ever made when choosing a Family Law firm. When no other attorney bothered to even look at our case, giving us little to no hope whatsoever, Fender Law Firm did. We had a very difficult family court case were the other party was involved in a bankruptcy (case lasted about 1 year). However, Addison and Tracy went above and beyond and fought for us until the very end giving closure to a nightmare. Addison and Tracy are very professional, kind, and diligent individuals. About three years ago, they helped my husband obtain sole child custody of his son. Throughout the process, they were very honest and transparent of the potential outcome. I was a witness of the entire process and it was quite intense to say the least but in the end, the outcome favored the most suitable parent. Addison Fender also leaned towards alternatives that prevented additional expenses that could have been absorbed in such a short period of time. This whole experience could have been prolonged... financially and emotionally exhausting for both parities...but, I was impressed to see the ability Fender had to negotiate and engage on reasonable compromises with the oposite party. It took me some time to write this review because I was pregnant when this took place. I feel like I can express my feedback objectively now. We had just moved to South Carolina and still dealing with a custody case in PA. The situation was that the biological father didn't want to be an active role model in the child's life-but wouldn't sign over his rights, and the odds of the court terminating them in PA were slim to none. We hired Addison to help us prove to the courts in SC that he did not deserve, want or handle having any rights to the child. Addison was always 100% honest and never gave us " I think's " or " Possibilities ". He was always upfront and honest about what was going to happen or what the outcome of each step would be. After all was said and done, Addison was able to prove to the SC courts without a doubt that the biological fathers rights should be terminated and awarded to the child's step-father. We started this journey in SC with no hope of my husband ever being able to adopt our daughter and ended it with a beautiful adoption. I wake up everyday and thank God and Addison that our family is finally complete in every way possible. I would recommend him to anyone! Addison and his wife Tracy made this whole custody/adoption process a lot more bearable then I ever thought it was going to be. We're so thankful for them and their services, we could never thank them enough!

I can't speak highly enough of Addison and Tracy. They preserved and protected my relationship with my children and always prepared a product that was head and shoulders above any other attorney I saw.
