Mr. Erickson does not pay his expert witnesses in violation of their written agreements. He states many times that he will pay, but in the end all his promises are false and he lacks integrity. I had to file a South Carolina Bar and BBB complaint in attempt to recover monies owed. Still no payment. His poor business practices with his business clients will effect his ability to represent his clients. Forewarned is forearmed!

Complete disappointment. Guess if you are white and the case is open and shut he might do a good job? However, two private investigators and two attorneys rated him a TOTAL FAILURE. Please do not hire him, he will destroy your case.

He was understanding & pleasant when meeting him but more than anything, he exceeded our expectations in representing me.

I was arrested with charges of DUI, Poss of drugs, failure to stop with blue lights and littering I hired Eric Erickson. I always felt he was the best choice and I was right. Eric got all charges dropped and saved my professional career from what could of been a disaster.

Eric (my lawyer) did an awesome job and in a timely manner...he was very affordable, and helped me to get out of paying child support to a dead beat mother, who never used a dime of the money on my daughter. My ex-wife would not work, but drives a BMW and has 5 horses. She made my daughter go to public school, wear old hand-me down clothes, treated her badly, etc. Now I have custody, and she has a car, goes to private school, has new clothes, and hoping to go to CLEMSON UNIVERSITY ! My daughter has a bright future ahead of her now.....THANKS TO ERIC ERICKSON (MY LAWYER)

The fees were easyily broken down for me. Mr. Erickson was on top of what many may have considered a small case. I truly believe he is the reason our case was dropped.
