Didn’t have a good experience. Had to correct errors of he and his team and remind him several time of unique circumstances. Brian has a world of experiences bet seemed at the ready to apply the generic answers to all my situations even when not always correct. Had to remind the team of things too often to get it right. I expected better for the fees paid.

We needed the services of Elder Law & Estate Planning Center after moving from out of state to South Carolina. We consulted with Jada Gaines, a lawyer at the firm, to review our trust to make sure all was in order. She was friendly, helpful, and professional and the work she put into researching our trust was timely and thorough. In a short amount of time we were able to amend our trust and ease our minds that our estate was properly protected. Third estate planning lawyer I have engaged. He and his team are by far the best. All issues and others I was not aware of were included in the estate plan trust documents. They even did all the paperwork to change the ownership of my house into the trust!

My husband and I needed to update our Will. We went to an information session lead by Brian Treacy and his team that was very informative. We decided to make a Trust along with updating our Power of Attorney, Health Care proxy, etc. They did a great job of explaining every thing to us and were very patient with all of our questions. It's a lot of paperwork to go through but it helped us update a lot of things that needed to be taken care of. Mr. Treacy and all of his staff are great.
