Recently, my wife and I had the please of working with Brian Treacy to create our estate plan. I highly recommend Elder Law. During the pandemic we worked to complete a trust and other estate planning documents, and even though we were not able to meet in person, and we were traveling internationally, through well-organized call we completed all documents and in March finally met to sign all documents. Excellent work, great communication, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Elder Law.

Setting up a trust is complicated to the uninitiated, and Mr. Treacy helped us through that maze with good humor, patient listening and answering our many questions. His partner and office staff all saw to it that the process ran smoothly, meetings on time, communications ongoing - what more can one ask for? While we are still tying up loose ends (ours, not his) we appreciated that he did not make us feel like the dummies we know we were. We do not hesitate recommending this practice to the elderly needing advice and help.
