It is a pleasure to recommend the legal services of Attorney Brian Treacy and his associates. This opinion is based on over nine years experience with his very fine professional guidance and thoughtful advice, especially concerning changing needs with elder care concerns.

We came to work with Elder Law through a seminar during which Mr. Treacy clearly explained a set of estate topics with many variables. While many attending the presentation were already in retirement, we learned that there are multiple ways to set up estate distribution, some better than others but none best for all. Based on detailed personal data we provided, Mr. Treacy and his team prepared and recorded a number of documents for us, incorporating our few editorial suggestions. It was necessary for us to record some documents in person with the county register of deeds and assessor and had no trouble, thanks to Mr. Treacy's instructions. All with whom we had contact were professional and personable. We are very satisfied that our specific needs have been addressed and recommend Elder Law & Estate Planning Center.
