Planning for your future is one of the most critical things you can do TODAY and many people wait until it's too late. NOW is the time for your estate planning. Seriously! Anything can happen at any moment! My wife and I worked with Tom McNutt for our estate planning. We had a little more complicated setup with 2 estates and many businesses and Tom was able to handle all of our questions and concerns. He knew how to structure everything and asked us questions to help put us in the right mindset to figure it all out. We have a son and 1 on the way and wanted things clearly laid out for what happens if tragedy hits. Worst-case scenarios are not much fun to think about but definitely critical in planning for your estate. I did not realize if you own a home and do not have an estate setup (and the house owned by the estate) it will go to probate and it can take months to determine what happens with that money. Same with any business bank accounts you own! Not anymore! Thank you Tom! It was time and you made it happen! Highly recommend Butler and College, Tom McNutt and the Team!
