Butler & College made our closing quick and stress-free. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Natalia was extremely efficient yet thorough. We really appreciated being able to bring our senior dog to the closing to reduce the stress of the move on her.

We recently sold an investment property and the closing was handled by the law offices of Butler & College, LLC in Bluffton, SC. As can happen in any real estate transaction, ours experienced several complications and hiccups along the way. This was also the case prior to our closing as there were numerous delays requiring several addendums required to sustain the contract.
