Josh was professional, understanding and very clear on his plan to assist and appeal my discharge to the Naval Discharge Review Board. Thanks to his expert guidance and instruction, the process went smoothly, and I am grateful for the positive outcome. My discharge was upgraded to a fully Honorable and Josh worked incredibly hard for me every step of the way.

Josh was great in explaining our options, providing us with a detailed plan and supported us during the entire process. He executed our plan and provided follow up to help us manage our expectations. I contacted Josh and his partner Gerald Healy after a Commander's investigation completed to help with a GOMOR rebuttal. I spoke with six other lawyers who said that I did not have a good chance and should wait for a Promotion Review Board to rebut the information. Josh and Gerald were the only ones that encouraged me to rebut sooner. I was initially worried that they were falsely positive to drum up business since they were the only outlier. However, all of their advice and the write up were spot on and the GOMOR was downgraded to a local. I would use them again and recommend them to others in a heart beat.

When I was faced with a situation that jeopardized my military career, I knew I needed help otherwise my command would’ve did as they pleased with my case.
