Disclosure of private information
“To top things off, the buyers were the ones to inform us that the closing documents had been overnighted to us (we had to close out of state). Having received no documentation after 24hrs, I called S/R/S only to find out that all of our closing documents (which included my SSN, our personal financial information) WERE EMAILED TO THE INCORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS exposing our private information and identities to strangers.”
