Ms Smith has served as the Town Attorney for The Town Of Chapin for about two years. Her services for The Town have been invaluable. She always provides inciteful input for a broad range of topics and she is always through and professional. She clearly cares about the Town and community that she both lives and operates her business in. It is easy for me to recommend her services to anyone.

Lisa has helped my wife and I on several occasions such as preparing our wills, and our recent home closing. We could not have been any more impressed with her knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism. We couldn't have asked for a better person to handle our legal matters, and will continue to work with her in the future.

Ms. Lisa Lee Smith was a Special Referee on January 8,2020 at Lexington County Master Equity Foreclosure Auction and with a room full of bidder announced that Albert Jerry Sanders Jr Could Not Bid on two pieces. Of property that was in his name. Ms.Lisa also stated that anyone knows, associated with , worked for of knew of Mr. Sanders Could Nott Bid on those properties. Everyone that is Master Equity Foreclosure Auction can witness to this situation. I called Lexington County Master Equity Foreclosure Auction. Department and the employee stated Anyone could bid on the Foreclosurs. I also called the Attorney handling the case and Chad Burgess stated he didn't have anything to do with the Auction. So my Question is who give Ms.Lisa Lee Smith the Right to stop Mr. Albert Jerry Sanders Jr. For bidding on 212 Adkins Circle West Columbia SC and 139 E Chateau Drive West Columbia SC. The law states it belongs to Me. Sanders until the Sale is over. So Why Couldn't Mr. Sanders bid on his Own Property???
