Unresponsive to calls and emails

“Unresponsive! We recently used HMP for the closing of our home. We had issues arise and HMP failed to return numerous calls and emails. I have never written a bad review for anyone before, but never have I ever experienced such unprofessional behavior.”

Lack of attention to detail during closings

“My husband and I had a closing with L.K. "Trey" Harrell III. Very nice attorney. But having done this type of transaction at other States before, my experience here in SC and this office had me feeling very uneasy. I barely felt acknowledged during the process. The entire interaction was awkward and the main thing that upset me was the lack of prioritizing the accuracy of the deed and applying my name as the buyers wife.”
