5
Efficient and thorough in handling cases
“Paul Thurmond and his team helped me feel comfortable in my situation. As soon as I stepped into his office for our initial meeting I felt relieved knowing that he would take care of me. And he did exactly that. There was never a moment that I didn't know what was going on and his communication with me was everything that I could have hoped for.”
Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness from some attorneys
“I called to speak to Michael Timbes regarding Homeowners Association Law, which they advertise to specialize in. Attorney Timbes, who is the attorney with the firm that handles these cases, never called me back and instead had is secretary, Carolyn, call me the next day to give me an excuse that he has too many cases to take on any more.”
2
Concerns about prioritizing profits over client interests
“No attorney turns down money because they have too many cases. A complete lie. I am sure he was thinking he was not going to make enough money on this case, yet I never had a chance to discuss it in detail. It is all about the money, not helping people, which I am sure they took an oath when they were sworn in as an attorney.”
