Bad communication, very dissatisfied

Working with Paul and his whole team including JJ Evans and Crystal was great. When I first spoke with Paul his professional and friendly demeanor helped me feel confident we were moving in the right direction. I would recommend this law firm to any and all people in need of an attorney in South Carolina!

I called to speak to Michael Timbes regarding Homeowners Association Law, which they advertise to specialize in. Our community was looking to hire an attorney regarding problems with our Management Company. Attorney Timbes, who is the attorney with the firm that handles these cases, never called me back and instead had is secretary, Carolyn, call me the next day to give me an excuse that he has too many cases to take on any more. Complete fabrication. No attorney turns down money because they have too many cases. A complete lie. I am sure he was thinking he was not going to make enough money on this case, yet I never had a chance to discuss it in detail. It is all about the money, not helping people, which I am sure they took an oath when they were sworn in as an attorney. Do not waste your time calling this firm. They only want large lucrative cases.

Great law firm with a very approachable staff. The attorneys will always return your calls promptly. Most of all they keep you informed every step of the way while handling your case. I would not hesitate to use Thurmond Kirchner Timbes & Yelverton in the future if I need legal representation.
