Everyone at Theos Law Firm has been amazing to me throughout my case. Very professional and answered any of my questions promptly! John was always available for me and answered my calls each time and provided me follow up info via phone, text, or email throughout my case. I was very clueless how all of this worked and feel my hand was held through each step and that made me feel very comfortable! I highly recommend this firm!

Had a great experience

If I could rate lower than one star, I would. On the recommendation of a lawyer friend of mine I made a consultation appointment with Jerry Theos for my mom. When she arrived for her consultation, they kept her waiting for nearly an hour and then she was passed off to the attorney Brittany Point. I was conferenced in via phone and from the first few sentences out of Brittany's mouth she was dismissive, abrasive rude and uncaring. There were certain pieces of information I told her no less than three times but she clearly wasn't listening because she kept making the same statement regarding that issue repeatedly. Additionally, she was very much "this is the law" rather than "I will fight for you and your best interest". As my mom was leaving, the receptionist asked her for $500 for the consultation. Brittany then got on the phone with me and after I told her that I was never told about the consultation fee she said her receptionist remembered booking the appointment and telling me about the fee. So she was essentially calling me a liar. Let me be clear, I would have gladly paid a consultation fee to speak with who I'd made the appointment with and if it had been disclosed in advance, but this felt like a bait and switch. My mom and I both were left without any real answers and my mom left in tears because of the situation and how she was treated. I understand that a busy, established law firm that charges $25,000 for a divorce might consider themselves to be of a certain caliber but they shouldn't treat anyone, much less a vulnerable potential client, like they're better than them.

Nicholas and his team were amazing from the beginning to the very end of the process I had with them! They were very communicative, informative, and explained everything that was going on in fine detail. Nicholas was able to get my case dismissed in a timely manner, and I would highly recommend him and the Theos Law Firm for any legal needs.

Had an issue come up from years ago. I tried to handle it myself but the authorities were being, in my opinion, unreasonable.
