Great start to a new relationship with a new law firm

The representative was very professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and made me feel as if my situation mattered. Collette was very easy to talk to, just a call or text away and very open and communicative. She kept me up to date every step of the way and finished up my case to my extreme satisfaction. I am pleased and thoroughly impressed.

Being my first experience, recovering from a heavy crash and first time with Monge & Associates, I was a bit reserved. While speaking with Christine I developed confidence, and a solid rapport ensued with careful questioning from the opposite end. Our back-and-forth was really stress free. Though deep scrutinizing questions, but perfect answers were there at beck and call. In all, we had a perfect interview and rapport. Christine made my day a fantastic one.
