Austin Elliot was a member of the legal team that I hired to defend me against a DUI charge. Austin was hands on from the initial consultation to the final plea agreement. He was knowledgeable, down to earth, and always looking out for my best interests, even if it meant more work for him. Austin worked with Tim Kulp to help win a very drawn-out, complicated boundary dispute case for me. Austin was still in law school when I met him, but I was impressed by his ability to research the many obscure details involved with this case. He assisted Mr. Kulp in countless ways and helped organize the reams of documents, motions, plats, deeds, etc. that were needed to bring this case to trial. Austin handled my case perfectly. I only met with him once or twice but I could tell he was very knowledgeable in his field.
