So frequently, when one is trying to seek some answers, many people reply in a hasty fashion. This attorney did not. He thoroughly answered all of my questions in our several emails with each other. I will be hiring him later this year or early next year.

Mr. Vyborny represented me with the utmost professionalism and tenacity, it was truly a sight to see him in action. From the first hearing, it was apparent that he knew exactly what he was doing and put my mind at ease knowing I had a lawyer of his caliber in my corner. The judge was very clear that I was facing at least 30 days in jail minimum for such a speed. Mr. Vyborny was able to convince him to continue the case with the foresight of having me enroll in a RADEP (Reckless and Agressive Driving Education Program) class only a few days after the court date, giving the judge a reason to not send me to jail at that very moment. My case ended up being continued several times by the judge with more stipulations to be completed opun returning every time. Mr. Vyborny did not waver and was there for me every step of the way. After all was said and done, my charge was reduced from reckless driving to a simple speeding ticket with a small fine to pay and no jailtime.
