The service they provide for their clients is impeccable.

Very professional from start to finish. They care about their clients and want the best outcome possible for the client and not the law firm. A law firm isn't a business most people have on speed dial or need on a regular basis so it's a help when you know there's one out there who looks out for you and not their bottom line.

I am so happy that I decided to go with the Derrick Law Firm. They treated me like family. The stars and attorney Rob called me at least once a week to check on me. Often my 33 year old son would accompany me to my appointments. During the process, he unexpectedly passed away from a diabetic seizure. I am devastated. I received a card from the law firm and several phone calls checking on me. They seemed to go over and above from the first day I spoke with them. I recommend them to anyone who wants to an efficient stress free job done right, and From people who truly care. Thank y’all a million times over for the job you did and the care you and your staff showed. I’ll never forget this!!!

Having served on one, I can see that offering Focus Group Service to a client would be extremely beneficial them. It presents an opportunity to pre-guage possible outcomes and allows the lawyers to, preemptively, make strategic changes and/or temper expectations. Having that service available would be a consideration for me if I were looking for a law firm.
