Do not use this law firm, they denied my case & I suffered long term injuries from a car accident

This firm did a great job. The reason I don't have 5 stars is because originally they were very difficult to contact. And they would not contact me back either in the beginning. After everything was sorted they did a great job and helped me with my settlement!

I just wanted to share my 5 star review and give a special thanks to Janet Heaslip. She was very kind and went over all the information I needed when I came into the office. She was also able to answer all of my questions very easily and even offered me something to drink! I would absolutely recommend her to talk to and this law firm!

I wish I didn't have to give a star. Please stay away from this firm. I opened my case in November 2023, met with my attorney in January via zoom meeting. My medical records were supposed to be sent to a medical reviewer I waited until August to check on the case and when I called I was told that my attorney was no longer with the firm but that my case was being handled still and that my records would be sent to a medical reviewer. At this point I felt very uneasy because this was supposed to happen way back in January so I've called weekly to get information on if my case was sent to the reviewer. Not one time since august have I got to speak with anyone. They answer the phone and say that they will take a message and nobody ever returns my calls. I have emailed multiple people in the firm and no response. I've even tried reaching out about dismissing my case and no response. I started looking back through old emails and saw an email dated 5/17 stating that " as we spoke about prior your attorney is no longer with the firm but you would like us to still handle your case" I didn't see this email until last week and I had NEVER SPOKE TO THEM IN MAY to say I wanted them to still handle my case. Recently someone texted my phone saying that my case was with their "senior attorneys" and I could call them with questions..I call the number and it's not even a working number. I have contacted the sc board of law and made a report with the disciplinary board. Please stay away from these people. This is the worst experience of my life and I wouldn't wish this on anyone
