A truly compassionate law firm. I’m by no means bias in anyway. I am a direct and straight forward individual whom speaks the truth. They’ll treat you as family.

We started off with wonderful communication through a very emotional time. Our love one was sent home (March 8, 2020) from Providence Hospital with Stage 4 ulcer to his tailbone; before it was brought out by The University of Charleston Medical Hospital last September 2021. Unfortunately, our father died in August 2021 in ICU very alert at Lexington Hospital. The law firm spent several months with us working under our POA and after our father's death. February 2022, they dropped our case because their referred probate attorney Kelsey Willey never completed our application case, disclosed during a February 2022 hearing. This attorney only communicated directly to the law firm concerning our case. The family never received court documents only verbal updates through the law firm. The law firm accused the family of firing this attorney. The family never fired this attorney, the courts clerk contacted the attorney and was told she no longer represented our family January 2022. This is how the family found out they no longer had an attorney after advocating for themselves on why was the filing taking over 5 months. The law firm fully knew that this delay would limit their ability to move forward with our case, too. They were included on a string of emails from November 2021- January 2022 pleading for updates and the representation of Kelsey Willey. We were hung out to dry during an emotional lost of a father before his birthday, our birthdays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and The New Year, parentless. Truly thought we had entrusted our fragile broken spirits with a more caring and supportive firm that assured us of representation.
