They had my mom case for 2 years and she's never spoke to her attorney and they never return her calls

My accident was in November 2018, I went to all the appointments and did everything they told me to and still haven't gotten a settlement! Talking to an attorney is dam near impossible. No one keeps you posted on what's going on. I have to call them, and on top of that they're trying to blame it on my insurance company. Still haven't recieved a call back since NOVEMBER! I'M SO DISAPPOINTED!!
