Its very professional, knoligeble, and friendly to the all clients

Despite the high rating on Google, my experience with this law firm was incredibly disappointing. Attorney Maghzi's focus on financial gain overshadowed my needs, and she failed to take responsibility for the delay in contacting me after our relationship ended. Instead, she placed the blame on her assistants and left it up to me to initiate contact. As a client, I expected better communication and assistance from her team, but unfortunately, I only heard from her after my brother left a negative Google review. I felt uncomfortable when Attorney Maghzi mentioned my profession during our phone conversation; I can only assume she found through a Google search to suggest that I should be aware of how Google reviews can affect a business.; this behavior was inappropriate and invasive. She also refused to review my documents during our consultation unless we signed a $5,000 contract. This left me questioning the value of the $150 I paid for the 30-minute consultation. Additionally, her comment about not trusting lawyers and blaming our cultural differences for my misunderstanding of her statement was concerning, she suggested I speak to my Palestian father so he can explain to me what she meant with that statement? She also spoke about my mother's case in a way that felt judgmental and lacked empathy. After reading her response to my brother's review, I'm confused about the claim of a free analysis when the service fee is $150 for a 30-minute consultation. While we weren't anticipating a complete solution in just half an hour, we were hoping for some guidance. Your discourteous behavior only reinforces our decision to not utilize your services. In conclusion, I highly discourage anyone from choosing this law firm. Attorney Maghzi's unprofessional behavior, including arguing, screaming, and hanging up on me, was completely unacceptable. As a client, I expected empathy, care, and respect, but instead, I found judgment and disrespect. While she offered to refund the consultation fee, her poor conduct was not about the fee but her demeanor during our meeting.

I would advise you not to go to this lawyer, she basically charged my parents $150 for literally nothing, she didn't even take the time to read my documents and on top of that she wanted to charge my mom $5,000 for her case. She went to a different lawyer and looked at my documents and took her case for $900. So please don't get scammed, I don't understand how is a $150 consultation fee be considered free in any part of the world. And she straight up said that she won't look at anything farther until she recieves $1,000 payement to start reading the documents. So no , there was no 3 day "free" careful analysis. Consult with a couple of different lawyers before giving your money to the wrong one.
