My experience was overall good with Seibert Law firm. We had two custody cases, one case in 2019-2020 and another in 2021, we got what we desired out of both cases. The Only issue I had was the paralegal staff not doing what needed to be done on time. However, I spoke with Mr. Seibert who said he was changing office staff and would work with me directly until the issue was fixed. I had no issues with Mr. Seibert himself, he did Great and worked diligently to help us get what we desired from our custody cases.

We had our estate plan created by the very competent legal team of Kevin and Rebecca Seibert. They gave us all the time we needed, and they were able to answer all of our questions. We were very happy having them be a part of this important step for us and look forward to continuing to work with them.

My wife and I needed to update our wills and create other legal documents that everyone needs to document what we want to happen when necessary. We also needed to verify that the deed to our house was in order to allow the easy transfer to the surviving spouse. Seibert created all the necessary documents which gave us peace of mind going forward.

Unfortunately my experience with Seibert law was terrible, now a year later of my divorce I had to hire another law firm to fix my divorce agreement due the lack of guidance and information of my so called attorney. I feel that they only received and forwarded the emails in between parties. I’ve signed a vague divorce agreement which now shows very harmful to myself and they never pointed out or warned me about what could happen due the language applied by the other party’s attorney. When I realized the mistakes I called back Seibert to fix this situation since they were familiar with my case, they just replied: “we don’t do flat rates anymore, and the retainer is 6k”. Painful experience, I wouldn’t recommend. We should be allowed to leave 0 stars because in some cases 1 is definitely too much!
