Responsive and knowledgeable. I understand why this next part happened, but was still disappointed: both parties agreed on something that Ms. Brinkley didn’t feel would hold up in a SC court even though the same agreement stated disputes would be handled by Canadian law. Lastly, I felt one particular set of communications hadn’t been addressed timely or had simply gotten overlooked; I would still give the five star rating.
