We were giving a detailed email with price information and attorneys fees… which was supposed to be $325.00 for one hour to help us with the redaction of a contract that needed no negotiation since we know the sellers of the property and everything was already agreed on.. When we made the appointment , we were told that instead of one hour (just to review the contract and answer any questions we may had) we would be charged another $325 to do the “transcript”? That was never mentioned and that is not necessary since (again) we already have discussed the details of the contract with the sellers.. and just needed to make the document legal. Excuse me… but to me that’s very unprofessional… a ripoff… Very disappointed… If this is just at the beginning what could we expect in the future?? Thanks but will take my business somewhere else

We used them for our closing attorney we found through our realtor and they were really easy to work with. They went over everything with us step by step by step on what we were signing and what all the closing fees were.
