David has helped me for many cases and every single time he delivers. He is very patient and answers all questions in a timely manner.

I’ve been using David’s as my attorney for about eight years now. I trust him with my case and as well as my family case and he will always be the first on my referral list. I first ran across David when I got out of school many years ago. I got into a bad collision and already had attorney representing me at that time. The attorney at that time did a horrible job on my case where I retain David to replace them and he did an outstanding job. David was able to get me 5/6 times more then what the original attorney said my case was worth. David and his team are wonderful and caring people who really listen and understands your concerns and worries. 10/10

We had a deadline looming in a few days to submit an appeal we had prepared and decided to run it by an attorney and revise it as needed. The SC Bar Association Referral Service matched us with Mr. Nauheim. He was very busy but took time out to talk with us, rewrite our appeal, and did it in the span of a day because of the few days left in the appeal process. We thought he definitely improved what we had written and he explained what the appeal should contain. We greatly appreciated his help. I believe he is an ethical person, and I recommend him without reservation for matters in his area of law based on our experience with him.

I was not sure how to proceed with an employment issue or if I even had a valid case. It was a complicated matter which had been rejected by several other attorneys/firms. David showed an interest right from the start and took the time to understand, accept, and determine the best way to pursue the case. He demonstrated excellent skills, experience, and understanding of how to negotiate with a large corporation in order to get the best settlement. Whenever I would Talk to anyone at the firm, it was always David himself. He never cut any corners, and has high moral character. He also, always fought for me, and didn’t let anyone push me around. It’s hard to find that combination of high moral character, and not being a push over. He was very detailed, and was always there for any of my questions. I worked with David, for over a year, and it never changed. God forbid I ever need another lawyer, but if I did, it wouldn’t even be a choice to work with him. I can’t say enough, how extremely satisfied I was, with him in my corner. He is a great lawyer, but a better person.

If you need an attorney, look no further because you won't find anyone more qualified or dedicated to your cause. David first represented me in 2010. I had been sideswipped by a semi and the insurance company was aggressively pressuring me to settle after only a week. They were harrassing me daily and I complained to my chiropractor who referred me to the firm David was currently working for. From the moment we met I felt comfortable and confident that he would protect me and advocate for me. The legal receptionist at the firm once told me that David was an excellent litigator and I completely agree. David is one of the smartest people I've ever met. He pays attention to detail, keeps impeccable notes and truely advocates for what is right and what he feels you deserve. He is also incredibly nice, charasmatic and genuinly cares about your well being. Since my first accident my husband and I had the misfortune of being hit 2 additional times. The last accident sent my husband to the emergency room in an ambulance and totaled his SUV. In both cases David represented us and fought to get us a fair settlement. Insurance companies (even your own) do not have your best interest at heart. When you are dealing with the shock, trauma and injury stemming from an accident that was not your fault, you do not need a business harassing you. David handles everything and it's been such a relief to just be able to focus on getting better. As I previously mentioned, David is simply the best.

I am so thankful to have found David Nauheim to represent me in regards to my personal injury/auto accident case. Initially, when it became apparent that I really was not "in good hands" with my insurance company, I consulted a friend of the family who thought that my case would be too difficult and declined my request to represent me. Then a co-worker told me about David Nauheim who had helped their friend who was very happy with the outcome of his case. David Nauheim is living proof that you don't need a huge corporate sized law firm to get your insurance company to do their job. At a time when I was trying to focus on healing, David took the burden of dealing with my insurance company day in, day out. He dealt with them so that I didn't have to. On appeal, David got my insurance company throw out the opinion of their IME doctor. David then got my insurance company to re-open my case after they closed it on the recommendation of their IME. He also convinced them in the end that they'd be better off settling with me than taking me to court, so of course they settled, saving me court costs. And now that I think of it, David was the only person at the firm I ever spoke to or emailed, speaking of personalized service. He always answered the phone, or got back to me pretty quickly when I would call or email, and provided thoughtful, informed answers, explanations along the way. Even though he always included me in decisions that had to be made, I always trusted his opinion, and it always turned out to be the best way to go. I can't recommend David Nauheim highly enough as an attorney and a human being. Hopefully you'll never need an attorney, but if you do, he's your guy.

David helped all along the way with me, he refer'd me to doctors to get the care I needed, got me info to file a victims case with the state to have my medical taken care of until settlement. Stayed in contact with me, gave me sound advise and got me a great settlement!
