I hired Seth to represent me for a reckless driving violation (going 85 in a 70) I received in Sussex Co VA. A recent MBA Graduate, I was involved a domestic dispute that resulted in 'me' calling the police 'my' home. Even though I was not the aggressor, I was wrongfully arrested and charged with assault. Having a lot to lose, personally and professionally, I needed an Attorney with the knowledge and experience to fight this ridiculous charge. When we appeared in court, the Commonwealth Attorney refused to enter a nolle process and we proceeded with a trial. Seth agressively cross-examined the plantiff as well as the arresting officer. The Judge conceded that based on the evidence, he could not determine without a reasonable doubt that I was in fact guilty and threw out the charge.

Seth was able to work closely with the prosecuting attorney assigned to my case. His knowledge of the people in the attorneys office and the legal ramifications of the charges made me feel very comfortable. The outcome was 2 dropped charges and an expungment.
