Unfortunately, several times throughout my life I've needed a good attorney. The most recent instances were for traffic infractions in SC. David has far exceeded all my expectations. He's extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He's quick to return phone calls and stays in contact regarding your case/situation. He got the first case resolved for a very low court cost and his reasonable fees which was a huge weight off my mind. In fact, I was so satisfied with his resolution to my first case that he was my first phone call when I got a speeding ticket on New Year's Eve. If you want your legal situation resolved as quickly, affordably, and painlessly as possible, call David. Not only is he a phenomenal attorney but he's also a great guy. I hope I don't have any more legal/traffic issues in my future; but if I do I know exactly who I'm calling to help me through it.

I hired Mr. Farrell to handle a ticket my daughter (Out of State student at USC) received after she had paid the ticket. She had not realized that paying the ticket is an admission of guilt (neither had I), and would result in her license being suspended in her home state (Georgia). Mr. Farrell had to file to reopen the case (successful) and get the ticketing officer to lower the speed (by more than 8mph) in order for her not to be considered a "super speeder" in her home state and have her license not suspended (a law applicable to only under 21 years of age). Mr. Farrell was very thorough and responsive and professional. He had a very good raport with the presiding judge (over in Aiken County).

Pretty clever attorney. He found a way to make what should have been a lengthy ordeal relatively quick and painless. The case was dropped and was a huge weight removed from my shoulders. I'd recommend him without question.

Dave took my case on when I was looking for a new lawyer due to unforeseen circumstances with my old lawyer. Dave was able to take on my case and have it resolved within having it for several months, it had been with my other lawyer since 2015 (about 3 year). I’m very happy with the outcome and that I’m able to move on with my life.

David has always been there when I have clients that have needed help. I am realtor here in Columbia and have out of state clients with some having children attending USC. David and I worked over a year to prepare for my case. Unfortunately there is no pardon for misdemeanors; only felonies. David was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to represent me. He even had a forensic psychologist evaluate me; to which the psychologist gave a great review. I feel I would have won my case had it been a different circumstance. If I ever need an attorney again I will definitely ask David to represent me. He did a great job!
