We used Nelson & Galbreath for our closing and they were great! Amazing staff, very helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we entered their office. I highly recommend them.

We used Nelson and Galbreath for our closing in 2022 and later found an error made a closing that ended up costing us over $1,000. When we brought it to N&Gs attention it took months of us and our Real Estate agent following up to get response from N&G. They provided a clause that said they were not responsible for any errors made at closing. I would say we are very displeased with their lack of care in representing our best interest at closing and even more so in their lack of accountability in helping us resolve the mistake.

Paralegal, Amber is extremely rude and disrespectful. She raised her voice over the phone, was condescending. I thought I was talking to somebody at the stadium or a bus station, not a law firm
