Nick is the best attorney around! He handled my case with ease, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He treated my wife and I with the upmost respect and kept us informed every step of the way. I would recommend Mr Callas to anyone who is looking for a Social Security attorney.

I needed a second opinion on my disability approval. I'd been approved, but not for retroactive payments. I called the Callas Law Firm and spoke directly with Mr. Callas, which was refreshing. He advised me beyond my expectations in a friendly, kind and respectful manner. I highly recommend counsel like him and his firm. Thank you, Mr. Callas.

Nick Callas represented me in a complex workers compensation matter recently. He was kind, patient, competent, professional, and generous. His staff and paralegal are equally as nice. My case took time, took a lot of negotiating, and was not a typical one.
He handled every step with clear communications, often emailing or messaging me to let me know where I stood. I never felt neglected or over looked.
I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He has many years of experience and is a lovely, courteous person who handles clients with integrity. If you meet him, you will understand. He’s not a typical lawyer.
Keep his information handy as some employers fight cases that they should not. Some lack knowledge to proceed properly. Whatever the case, Mr. Callas will find a way through and get the benefits/compensation you are entitled to.

I am Julie Brown LaPierre and I highly recommend Nick Callas. Mr Callas is very focused and knowledgable which is exactly what you want! He is kind, understanding, and very professional. Mr. Callas took my lengthy case file, notified me what he needed me to bring to my first consult and during our first consult he knew every detail he needed to know. He loaded my appeal online at the same visit. We literally only needed a few other brief communications and my case was done and we WON my case. I felt very prepared before court and I knew he was well prepared. I can’t express enough what a comfort that is. I would definitely use Mr. Callas again and will refer others to him. Thank you so much Mr.Callas!!

I have known Ken Lester for fifty years beginning with a class of his at Midlands TEC. He hired me to be his part time secretary in my senior year. I have worked for Ken off and on until I finished law school in 1986. I practiced in Family Court as a Guardian ad Litem and worked on many cases with Ken and his firm. I have always known him to practice with the utmost integrity and an uncanny knowledge of Family Law. He is well respected by other members of the Bar and the Judiciary. I moved to Alaska in 2003 and gave up my law license in 2008. I moved back to South Carolina in 2015 and did not want to sit for the bar so I began looking for a paralegal position or office manager of a law firm. I called Ken and he and his partner hired me as Office Manager/Paralegal in 2016. I have the utmost respect for Ken and would welcome working with him again if the opportunity should arise.
