Hired, Paid, lost the case and still went to prison when my co-defendent who plead guilty to more charges got probation. I didn't feel as though he cared enough to spend a little time working with the prosecution for a deal. Instead it was drug out for over a year and a half before going to court and my restitution is 5X more than it should have been. First time offender mind you. I feel as though I would have been better off, if not having the same result, having a public defender. Save yourself alot of money and time and do not use the Shealey Law Firm unless you're a franchise case with deep pockets...

I was injured in a car accident, when I was rear-ended by an 18 wheeler. I sustained a traumatic brain injury from the accident and received intensive rehabilitation. Liz Dalzell represented my case and she was amazing. From the moment I met her, I felt safe and that she was going to help me through the healing process and recovering compensation for my treatments. Liz was so compassionate, which was so important to me, as my brain injury caused a tremendous amount of mental, emotional, and financial anguish. Within a year, she was able to negotiate with the insurance company and helped me get the compensation I needed. My medical bills were covered and I have been able to reduce my workload to help with my recovery. I highly recommend Liz for anyone who has been injured.

After being wrongfully charged with false accusations, Brian made sure to give the time, attention, and comfort for what became a dismissal.
