Let me start by saying I’m so so happy that Sierra is back. Secondly, Justin just added fuel to the ignition that was already GAS. Rutherford Law Firm is the bomb. Todd is the lawyer to go see and would not take a case if he’s not gonna win. Hands down the best Lawyer in SC.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them in my opinion. The front desk worker they have is very horrible, rude, and don't even know anything about the business. I called to inquire about an attorney that deals with education law. The front desk worker/phone answer told me that’s not a thing. That lets me know, not only the worker isn’t knowledgeable about the law but not even knowledgeable about the services this company offer. I think it’s sad and ignorant of a law firm to have an employee work for them, who isn’t trained in the many different services that a company offers or have any knowledge about different type laws such as education law. Not only am I Mitchell but a seawright first. I will be reporting this to AG office and letting my family know about this. I was told that I would be treated like this and not to even contact them because they wasn’t good. However, I wanted to see for myself and they didn’t disappoint. They most definitely live up to their reputation of being rude and just bad business in my opinion. So in my opinion from my heart, I recommend no one to ever go them

My experience with Todd Rutherford Law firm was a good one. Mr. Rutherford as well as His team and staff maintained communication with me throughout the entire process. Especially Faye and the secretary Sierra.

My son, my father, and I were hit by a tow truck. Mr. Rutherford and Ms. Faye were able to get me a GREAT amount… without even having to go to court. Definitely recommend. Criminal and Civil cases. They’re the way to go!!

First .. Sierra at the front desk is Amazing, she cares! Todd represented me on my case and it was thrown out!!! I never stepped one foot inside a courtroom! He handled everything! And I never met the man and my case was still handled! The best lawyer out there!
