“The whole process of home buying is stressful and exciting. We had good communication from the paralegal Paula during the process. Our closing date was May 21st at 4pm. We arrived with our broker to the Irmo location. We were not offered water or coffee and the person or receptionist was less than interested in seeing us as she asked for our ID and that was the extent of our conversation.”
