Don’t waste your time nor money….Elizabeth Von Keller is useless and she will tell you whatever you wanna hear in your consultation but when you’re put on a retainer, she doesn’t do nothing for you.

I was referred to the Finkel Law Firm, specifically Dylan Glick by the SC Lawyer Referral Service. I was scheduled with an appointment for 10/3/24 @ 9am which was a 3 week wait. I called at 9:05 am since no one had contacted me. I was told I was Mr. Glick was tied up on another call, then I was told Mr. Glick does not have me on his schedule. I was put on hold yet again and another person came on telling me my appointment was at 2pm and she never schedules consults for early morning! I'm not really certain why I was treated this way; however, it's absolutely unacceptable. Perhaps because I was referred by the SC Lawyer Referral Service and they discount their fee for the initial consultation. I did reach back out to the SC Lawyer Referral Service to file a complaint and also to find a different attorney for my specific need!

As a father, nothing means more to me than my kids. At the time I had been fighting for my kids with little to no success. Hi JAKE. On 11/07/2022 my son laid in a hospital with multiple severe broken bones . A friend gave me Jake’s number. It was late in the evening. I called the office & left a message. He called me back right away. During Christopher’s next few months we were in constant contact. I’m a paralegal & it has been my experience after working with multiple attorneys. You can leave message & they call whenever it’s convenient , the fact that he called me back ASAP I MADE THE Decision to hire him on the spot..during every single process jake was super delighted to hear. The his team was amzing and wonderful. This law office team was awesome at making this case seamless via modern software. ha he was wonderfull in keeping me and Chris informed. I did the same for almost 6 months 2-3 days a week I would send him progress notesThe case had quite of bit of hiccups due to the insurance for the car that hit him had minimum coverage. Jake faught for Chris to get him a settlement that would be fair for a broken pelvis, broken feamer and multiple contusions. Thank you so much for everything. Chris is doing great. It only took him 7 months to get back to work. He took his settlement got a place remotely in Greenville NC. His employer matched his settlement as a bonus. Gave him a raise offered him a better job and will pay 1/2,,They also paid for his moving expenses. The company matched his settlement & gave him a raise with a very commendable letter. Thanking him for his hard work & jumping back in. Chris is a welder, not an easy job. Chris now has a nice home & a new job with his loyal employer Did I mention that we have never been in his office and we have never met Jake Finkel in person.. stop looking cause you will miss out on working your case .. Thank you Jake. I’m a very proud & blessed mama. P.S. I know that Jake shorted himself of his monetary gain in order for Chris to get more money.

Great law firm Bob Jackman is a awesome lawyer, very alert and ready to do the job awesome to talk to always calls back and emails back, and got the exact results that I asked for I would highly highly recommend Bob Jackman, he’s definitely not the highest paid lawyer in town but he works like he is. Contacted the office for general information about representation, and the person answering the phone laughed at me and said to call someone else. Very unprofessional.
