It’s sad;I have used them for two of my own purchases, for both my mom’s and mother-in-law’s purchases, but this time the service was subpar. I can’t believe what they let happen during this purchase; I will go elsewhere in the future.

Went with Blair Cato on a recommendation from my lender and was really disappointed. My questions were never answered or addressed--twice, the reply was just them asking me to return the form without even acknowledging the questions. They asked me to bring additional ID, they never checked it at closing. Sending my SSN via email is an instant red flag. They told me the attorney handling my closing would have a mask on (this was January 2022 during the Omicron spike in cases), she didn't. Truly disappointing experience.

Reator chose this firm to handle my house purchase.3 stars as theydid what was required. But. Over the course of 3-4 weeks I called 4 times with questions and not once did the party called respond.

Great law firm! My lender couldn't get the final numbers out earlier, so the closing of my house purchase couldn't be confirmed until last minute. Brandon and Brooke did a great job put everything together and made the closing happened, so I wouldn't waste 3 hours driving. I really appreciate their hard work!

Terrible experience, I requested a final walk thru never happened or got informed. Once the sale closed I never received a reply on when I would receive my keys or deed. They sent the deed out without informing me where and when it was sent so it's now supposedly "lost" in the mail. My closer is ignoring my requests and email. Dont waste your time and money with them very unprofessional people.
